This year's Johnnaroo 2 was overwhelmingly successful. The staff and instructors at Johnny Guitar's wants to thank everyone who made this possible and showed up to support our future rock stars at The Avenue. We are currently in the process of finalizing the video for all of our participants. We will let everyone know when they are available.

Only one day left in our countdown to Johnnaroo '09. There's a nice write up about it in the Murfreesboro Pulse.

Johnny Guitar's music store on West Clark is hosting the first ever Johnnaroo concert this August. Johnnaroo '09 will feature bands made up from the students of the guitar store and their instructors who have been assisting the students all summer.

Pronounced “Shpeck,” these young rockers make music on Tuesday nights. With Austin Highcock, Austin Wyatt, Evan Hall and Taylor Hall on guitar and Sam Shepard on bass, they tend to prefer acoustic supported rock, with song selections like “Free Bird,” “Hotel California” and “More Than A Feeling.”
